GlowQueen Bulk Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a bulk order with GlowQueen, you agree to the following terms:

1. Minimum Order Quantity:
   A minimum of 15 items per product is required for bulk orders. For eyelashes, a minimum of 30-50 pairs is required. Orders not meeting these requirements will not be processed.
   
   
2. Bulk Order Discount:
   Bulk orders receive a 30% discount, applicable only when the minimum quantity is met.
   
   
3. Shipping Costs:
   Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and will be confirmed with our team. Customers are responsible for these charges.
   
   
4. Production & Delivery Time:
   Bulk orders take 10-15 days to manufacture, with eyelash orders requiring 30-60 days. Delivery times may vary, and any delays will be communicated.
   
   
5. Payment Terms:
   A 50% advance is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
   
   
6. Modifications & Cancellations:
   Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. Any change requests will be reviewed by GlowQueen and may require additional fees.
   
   
7. Product Variations:
   Since products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur. These are not considered defects.
   
   
8. Returns & Refunds:
   Bulk orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery. Claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic proof.
   
   
9. Communication:
   All bulk order-related communication should be done via our official email or WhatsApp helpline.
   
   
10. Intellectual Property:
    GlowQueen holds all rights to its designs and branding. Products cannot be altered, rebranded, or resold without prior written consent.
